If you have ever wondered about a career in law enforcement, here is a great opportunity to come find out more about the job. Phoenix Police Department Recruiters will be on campus to meet with you and provideinformation about the careers possible.
We offer sworn Officer positions with over 80 specialty details to explore including, SWAT, K9, Detectives, Dive Team, Air Support Unit, Motorcycle patrol, and Bike patrol to name a few. If you're not interested in a sworn position, we would love to introduce you to many of our non-sworn civilian positions.
Someof these include Communications Specialist or 911 Operator, Police Aide, Police Assistant, Detention Officer, Police Civilian Investigator, Lab Services Technician, IT specialist, and many more.
The Phoenix Police Department is offering a $7,500 hiring bonus to new hires (and rehires with a three-year separation) for both the Police Recruit position andthe Communications specialist position.
If you would like to join theteam and become a Police Officer now is the time. Recruits spend 26 Paid weeks in the Phoenix Regional Police Academy (PRPA) learning various topics related to law enforcement. Upon successful completion of the academy, recruits are sworn and promoted to Police Officer.
