HHS Webinar: Navigating Federal Employment as a Military Spouse
May is National Military Spouse Appreciation Month, and May 10 is Military Spouse Appreciation Day. In celebration of the observance month and day, join the HHS Assistant Secretary for Administration’s Office of Human Resources for a free, informational webinar for military spouses interested in building a career in the civil service as a federal government employee.
A panel of military spouses and experts on the military spouse hiring authority will share insights and field questions for military spouses interested in civil service opportunities, including at HHS. Among other topics, the discussion will include how military spouses can attain civil service positions, what the process entails, and advice the panelists have for military spouses searching for and applying to civil service positions in the federal government.
This event is open to the public but geared toward military spouses. We will send the slide deckand video recording from the webinar to all registrants via the email used to sign up. Please note that this is not a hiring event.
