Wolfspeed is looking for an Industrial Engineer for our Marcy, NY location to utilize their leadership and expertise to help maintain the factory capacity model in supporting all aspects of manufacturing and business operations.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

BS degree from a four-year college/university in IndustrialEngineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Experience in a highly automated material handling fab is necessary.

1 year priorwork experience as an Industrial Engineer, in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Overall knowledge of industrial engineering to support fab capacity planning, resource utilization and lean manufacturing.

High proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Excel, Word, AutoCAD, statistical analysis software, database creation and management. Experience with databases and data analysis tools (SQL, Access, JMP, VBA, PowerBI etc.)

Strong analytical skills

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

High motivation with continuous drive for improvement.
