With summer winding down and many internships coming to an end, many students (and employers) are wondering....'What's next?" Now is a great time to expand your network and connect with employers looking for their next round of interns or even full-time hires (and employers with students).  On Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 5 - 7 pm atthe DTE Energy Headquarters, 1 Energy Plaza, Detroit, MI 48226, we are planning a unique networking event for engineering students to "connect"with the "key" employers in the greater Metro Detroit area.YOU MUST REGISTER THRU EventBrite: https://LinkINtheD2024.eventbrite.com There will be FREE parking in the MGM Self Parking Garage with an indoor walkway from the parking garage to DTE Energy Complex, details will be included in your confirmation. Students from multiple engineering schools are invited to attend, including Grand Valley, Lawrence Tech, University of Michigan, Michigan State, Michigan Tech, Oakland University and Wayne State University, PLUS The Engineering Societyof Detroit Student Chapters from each of our Michigan schools! This will be a "fun, laid-back, networking event", with snacks and beverages provided.  Leave your resume at home - business cards are cooler!  We will provide you a "fun" way to LINKIN at the event!  We expect representatives, Engineers and HR reps, from 20 -25  "key" companies to meet-up with students from many different institutions - expecting 300+ students.  This event is being sponsored in part by DTE Energy.
