Beating the Blues
Common Concerns Meeting, No appointment Needed
Tuesdays – Beating the Blues. This session will give students information on what depression is and is not. It will also explore ways to help students feel more energized and well equipped to navigate through their difficult situation or depressed mood.
Meets every Tuesday during the semester, Led by Amanda Byrnes, LMSW
Each Tuesday 4:15-5:30 p.m. you and other interested students will meet with a counselor and focus on one of the most frequent concerns of U-M students. These are the very issues that U-M students have told us are the most common issues they deal with every day. The counselor will share some helpful information, talk about strategies and clinical resources, and she or he will also make time for you to share a little bit about your concerns (if you wish to do so).
