Pre-submit questions during registration to get all the answers you’re looking for. Following the session withour new in career colleagues, join some of our Talent Acquisition partners who will be discussing a few of the different Leadership Development Programs offered at J&J. Including the Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program, the Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP), and the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).  There willbe a Q&A with Talent Acquisition and program alumni.  Please note that the focus of this session will be around US-based recruitment. Led by a network of volunteers from across Johnson & Johnson and its local operating companies, this ambitious initiative seeksto promote learning across Youth, University and Professionals.
