A variety of Adult General Care Medical and Surgical Inpatient units may be eligible for Recruitment Incentives.  Position Overview: As a Medical/Surgical General Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for coordinating nursing care, which includes direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. You will operate within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, ensuring comprehensive care through all phases, from planning to evaluation.Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership through preceptorship, informal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts.
Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, patient acuity, and available resources.
Excel in communication, mentorship, and education.
Participate in committees or projects as needed.
