The Genentech MBA Internship Program is an intensive 12-week opportunity that provides work within a fast-paced and challenging environment. Our interns contribute to meaningful projects, interacting and working side-by-side with biotech industry experts. Our internship program also provides a robust speaker series, which allows interns to hear from top executives throughout the summer. Genentech relies heavily on our internship talent pool to fill full-time positions, including rotational opportunities within the organization.At the end of your internship, you will be required to present your project findings and deliverables to a panel ofsenior leaders. This will be an important data point in assessing your fit for our full-time opportunities. The Summer Associate program is intended to provide you with a rich experience that encompasses many opportunities to challenge yourself and grow within a dynamic team.
