Symposium & Workshop: AI-based behavior analysis with LabGym
Learn how to use LabGym, an AI-based software suite for automated video analysis and quantification of animal behavior.
In the morning session, presenters will introduce LabGym and describe how they use the software to quantify various behaviors in rodents, flies, and non-human primates. The afternoon hands-on workshop will help you learn the basics of using LabGym; examples of videos and datasets will be provided.
This symposium is suitable for faculty, postdocs, and students alike. No prior experience with automated video behavioral analysis is needed, and programming knowledge is not needed to use LabGym. Registration is required for participation.
