Empowering Women’s Health: A Comprehensive Workshop Series on Hormones and Well-being

We propose a series of virtual workshops titled "EmpoweringWomen’s Health: A Comprehensive Workshop Series on Hormones and Well-being," aimed at educating students about the critical importance of women’s health and hormonal balance. Objective:To educate university students on the importance of women’s health and the crucial role of hormonal balance in overall well-being. This event is designed to provide valuable, science-backed information on how young women can care for their bodies, emphasizing the four pillars of health: nutrition, sleep, stress management, and exercise.Event Structure:

Duration: 2-3 weeks

Frequency: 1-2 open sessions per week

Format: Virtual workshops and presentations

Target Audience: University students, with a focus on female students but open to all.
Workshop Themes:

Introduction to Women’s Health and Hormonal Balance:
Overview of the endocrine system and the significance of hormones in women’s health.
Common hormonal imbalances and their impact on physical and mental health.
Why It’s important to learn and understand individual symptoms and take a personalized approach to solutions

The role of nutrition in hormonal health.
Foods that support hormonal balance and those that disrupt it.
Practical tips for maintaining a balanced diet during university life.
