We tackle the most complex and impactful questions facing the company, working directly with C-suite executives to inform the company’s growth strategy. During their time in ES, team members develop consulting and leadership skills, learn the breadth of Amex’s business model, and develop a foundation upon which to grow into future leaders of American Express. We focus on global and high priority strategic questions, partner with Amex C-suite and top company executives, andbuild future leaders.We are looking to hire full-time graduating students to begin in the fall of 2025.
