He serves as a Scientific Advisor for patient safety at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and directs the Cognitive Systems Engineering Laboratory (CSEL) and CoEngage Laboratory. His research focuses on improving human-machine coordination to enable resilient system performance across various sectors, including healthcare and defense.
