Our interns contribute to meaningful projects, interacting and working side-by-side with biotech industry experts. Our internship program also provides a robust speaker series, which allows interns to hear from top executives throughout the summer. Genentech relies heavily on our internship talent pool to fill full-time positions, including rotational opportunities within the organization.This will be an important data point in assessing your fit for our full-time opportunities. The Summer Associate program is intended to provide you with a rich experience that encompasses many opportunities to challenge yourself and grow within a dynamic team. You will immerse yourself in our casual, yet intense, atmosphere, and learn a tremendous amount about Genentech's culture.Wewill be having job openings for the following areas for next Summer 2025
