About André Fisher

As a first-generation immigrant and the first in his family to graduate from college, André Fisher has always been driven by a deep commitment to continuous improvement. This dedication began in LSA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, setting the foundation for a career characterized by strategic thinking and a relentless pursuit to drive change.

After starting his career as a Pension Benefits Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, André quickly distinguished himself by developing solutions that continuously reduced client costs and streamlined operations. This talent for identifying opportunities for improvement led him to XPO Logistics, where he took on key roles that directly impacted the company’s bottom line. As a Commercial Strategist, he spearheaded initiatives that optimized pricing strategies, minimized operational costs, and drove multimillion-dollar revenue growth.

André returned to the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business to pursue an MBA, further equipping himself with the skills needed to lead innovation and drive change in the corporate world.

Today, as an AVP for Contact Center Innovation at M&T Bank, André is responsible for driving forward-thinking strategies to enhance the bank’s customer interactions and bring greater value through its communication channels. Beyond his professional achievements, André is deeply passionate about empowering others to succeed and fostering a culture of support and growth.
