Please join this session to learn more about Piper Sandler & our annual Career Exploration Program (CEP). Our team will provide an overview of PSC as well as details regarding the CEP timeline and interview process. We'd love if you joined the session with cameras on so we can make this as interactive as possible!Program Overview:Our Career Exploration Program (CEP) is a two-day program that will take place in February for undergraduate students to learn more about Piper Sandler and our opportunities. Participants will develop skills as future young professionals in financial services.  Piper Sandler encourages talented undergraduate sophomore students from all majors and disciplines to apply and be considered for the program.
As a participant in the program, you will:
Gain exposure to our various business lines
Hear directly from our junior employees
Interact with our firm's senior leadership
Engage in group discussions and activities with outside consultants
Network with your peers from around the country
Day one of the program focuses on “Investing in You.”  Experts will facilitate interactive sessions on foundational and financial skills.Day two of the program focuses on “Building with You.”  Interaction with PSC professionals will provide you a better sense of the opportunities and culture at Piper Sandler.CEP Participants will be considered for 2026 summer internship opportunities across the firm. The 2-day program will be held in person and all travel costs will be covered by PSC for participants.Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore (class of 2027) at a four-year undergraduate institution
Interest in the financial services industry
On-campus involvement or leadership
Desire to learn
Enthusiasm!
