Join the Weiser Center for Real Estate for the Fourth Annual Future of Real Estate Competition: REIT Challenge 2024! This year, students will be tasked with analyzing a REIT stock portfolio and writing an investment ‘buy’ recommendation.

Students will create a Google Site to showcase their business plan, market analysis, financial projections, risk assessment, and more. Deliverables will be outlined and provided at the Competition launch, along with detailed rules and deadlines.

The competition will span roughly a month (Presentation & Awards will be in mid-November), concluding with a 5-minute pitch presented to a panel of distinguished REIT executives and an audience of their peers.
