Join the Weiser Center for Real Estate for the Fourth Annual Future of Real Estate Competition: REIT Challenge 2024!

This year’s FORE Competition will focus on selecting one (1) publicly traded REIT and improving their profitability and stature in the public eye. Students will create a Google Site to showcase their business plan and deliverables. Deliverables, along with detailed rules and deadlines can be found below.

The competition will span roughly a month (Presentation & Awards will be November 19th), concluding with a 10-15 minute pitch presented to a panel of distinguished REIT professionals and an audience of their peers. Don’t miss your chance at the first place prize of $10K, with prizes totaling $30,000! Gather your team and be part of this exciting challenge!

Don't have a team and still want to participate? Don't worry! Complete the form below by October 23rd, and the Weiser Center will help with finding teammates.

Important Dates (all times EST):

- Wednesday, October 23rd: Deadline for team formation and/or to request support for finding teammates
- Tuesday, October 29th: Student Workshop for case study
- Wednesday, November 6th at 11:59 PM: Submission Deadline
- Wednesday, November 13th: Finalists will be notified
