ACUM CLE: Utilizing UMAY: Using Survey Data to Better Understand the Student Experience

ACUM CLE:

Every other year, the Office of Budget and Planning surveys undergraduates on their student experience through the UMAY survey, and nearly 1 in 4 students respond. Join us on November 12th at 1:00 pm in the Ross School of Business for a Collaborative Learning Experience (CLE) sponsored by the Advising Council Administrator’s Committee to understand the results of this survey and to understand the student experience better. This presentation will highlight recent trends from UMAY 2024 in campus climate, satisfaction, commuting and classism. We will also hear from Claire Boeck from ASSET about findings from a qualitative study about how U-M students choose courses and their experience in courses. Dashboard resources, an optional advising module, and opportunities for further collaboration will be open for discussion. Light refreshments will be provided.
