Lisa John, director of software and systems engineering for Bosch in the USA, will talk about software development and using AI toolsJohn spearheads the global software development strategy for Bosch Chassis Systems Control in North America with a global team of over 200 software engineers across three countries. Through innovative collaboration models, the team delivers comprehensive support for active safety systems. The global setup enables Bosch to meet the unique needsof OEMs and startups and develop customized software solutions across a diverse customer base. John was instrumental in launching the new version of ESP 9.3, a critical safety technology at Bosch. As lead of Bosch’s Leading the Software Factory initiative, John oversaw the competence ramp-up required to cope with a complete revamp of the technology and tools landscape and the rollout of the ASPICE standard.
