Ideations on Equity Webinar
Dr. Erica Marsh and Dr. Justine Wu
Are you a health equity/health disparities researcher? If so, don’t miss this conversation!
This meeting is intended as a forum for guided discussion among researchers whose work intersects questions related to health equity (HE) or health disparities (HD). Our primary goal is to promote sharing – of goals, challenges, and needs – between researchers operating across the University and Michigan Medicine. Information shared in this discussion will be used to inform an in-person event (to be held early in 2025) and will also serve as expert guideposts as MICHR advances initiatives to support work in the domains of HE/HD.
The webinar will be jointly led by Dr. Erica Marsh, co-director of MICHR, professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Michigan Medical School, and chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Dr. Justine Wu, associate professor in the Department of Family Medicine and co-founder/co-director of her department’s Antiracism and Health Equity Program (AREP).
If you have further questions, please feel welcome to reply to this message or reach out at MICHR-IDEAL@med.umich.edu.
