Bain Capital Investors of Tomorrow Program – December 2024 & January 2025 (Michigan)

Investors of Tomorrow offers a unique learning opportunity for undergraduate students currently in their sophomore year. A virtual panel discussion on Tuesday, December 10 from 5:00-6:00 pm EST will bring to life the work and personal experiencesof members across the Bain Capital platform; and how our investment strategy and approach will differentiate your opportunity at Bain Capital. As a follow-up to this webinar session, we will be inviting asmall group of students to our Boston office for half-a-day of programming followed by dinner on Thursday, January 9. This in-person opportunity will give selected participants exposure to investment professionals across the Bain Capital platform. Team membersfrom a variety of backgrounds will lead sessions and content, offering afirst-hand view of what it means to be an investor at Bain Capital. In addition to submitting your Workday application, we require candidates to complete the brief online assessment with our partners at the Predictive Index so that we can learn a bit more about yourability to process complex information.  
 We will not be able to consider your application until both theWorkday registration and Predictive Index assessments are complete.  *The assessment is broken-up into two sections –an untimed Behavioral Assessment, which measures work and communication needs, and a timed 12-minute Cognitive Assessment measuring a person’s capacity to learn, adapt and grasp new concepts. Please set aside a totalof 15-20 undisturbed minutes to complete both assessments. Once you complete the Behavioral Assessment, Predictive Index will email you a separate link to complete the timed Cognitive Assessment (this is a different link than the one above). Please check your spam folder if you do not immediately receive the second link or reach out to Sam Parlato with any questions.
