Exploring Organizational Psychology

Organizational Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior in organizations and the work place. Organizational Psychologists focus on how to improve workplace dynamics, employee satisfaction, and overall performance by examining factors like leadership, team dynamics, work motivation, and organizational structures. At this event, learn more about this career path from two current UM Faculty who specialize in this field.
