The Winter Workshop is a mandatory training session for all students participating in the LSA Mentorship Program.

During the session, we will cover:

Networking with mentors inside and outside of the program

Maintaining mentor-mentee relationships after program

Time management for career development

Networking with peers

Self-motivation and self-care in career development
