Each coaching session will provide 8-10 staff members with an opportunity to interact informally with a SL Director around a leadership topic of interest to them. These are not meant to be presentations or workshops but rather an opportunity for staff to be exposed to leaders who have experience with and willingness to share their wisdom around these topics.
