Negative Capability: Reflecting on Personal and Societal Grief as Leaders & Followers
We are surrounded by unprecedented personal and societal grief. From genocides to climate crises, school shootings to political upheavals, our world is filled with sorrow. Join leadership educator and artist Fatema Haque in a workshop designed to enhance your ability to hold and process grief, both individually and collectively. Utilizing the concept of Negative Capability -- residing in discomfort with an open mind -- participants will engage in meditation, alter-making, art, and small group discussions. Conducted in a gentle, intentional, and slow manner, this immersive experience will help you develop resilience, foster community, and find strength in shared sorrow.
