DoD Civilian Career Information Sessions
This is your chance to get personalized answers to your specific questions. Schedule a time to meet one-on-one with federal civilians who will be on campus just for you!
"As a proud Wolverine and a part of an agency that values diversity in background, thought, and approach, I can attest that DCSA is a fantastic place to work. If you're thinking about a career in federal service, come chat with us about the opportunities at DCSA. We make a difference every day in our nation’s security."
At DCSA, you’ll use your skills to protect America’s trusted workforce, workspaces, and classified information. You'll be on the frontline, helping to build and oversee various services and applications, training opportunities, and protecting against evolving national security threats.
These are information sessions with DoD civilians to answer questions about the federal civilian application process generally and specifically at DCSA. Job vacancy announcements are posted on USAJobs and all applications must be submitted through that venue.
Federal jobs are highly competitive. DCSA had over 3,600 applicants for 96 vacancies for summer 2025 internships.
The civilians can help applicants gain a clearer understanding of what to pay attention to in job announcements including the evaluation criteria and required documents. This type of information can be the difference between getting past the submission so your resume gets seen by the hiring manager and getting stopped at the front door.
