This is a simpler version of the increasingly popular Chinese game. It bears some resemblance to gin rummy in the collection of sets and runs, but uses colorful tiles instead of playing cards. It should be noted that the game is based on the original Chinese version, which differs from American Mah-Jongg. Stuart Baggaley, a U of M retiree, has taught this class for several years.
