
Effective communication is a basic human right. This workshop will discuss your duty under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide access to effective communication with diverse groups, including those who are deaf/hard of hearing, have auditory processing disorders, are neurodivergent, etc. We will also cover communication strategies for employees and supervisors navigating the interactive process for workplace accommodations.
