Discovering career satisfaction and personal fulfillment doesn’t happen by chance–it happens by design. Career Design is a half-day workshop that empowers participants to reflect, strategize, and create an intentional plan for their personal and professional life. Participants learn to navigate their careers with clarity and purpose, balancing ambition with personal values.
