Peonies Galore Sale & Peony Festival
A sale of some of the same varieties of peonies that grow in the Arboretum Peony Garden. This is a popular sale: arrive early. All proceeds benefit Matthaei-Nichols. Includes self-guided tours.
* Concert postponed to Wednesday, June 5 at 6 pm due to forecasted inclement weather: Local musical group the Xiangyin Choir, led by Liyan Sun, performs a selection of Chinese songs about flowers and their roles in Chinese culture. Presented by Matthaei Botanical Gardens & Nichols arboretum and the U-M Confucius Institute. Free admission.
