The Student Conservation Association’s (SCA) Western Corps Teams bring together passionate young conservationists dedicated to protecting and preserving the diverse ecosystems of the Western United States. As part of the SCA, these teams engage in hands-on conservation projects, working alongside land management agencies to address urgent environmental challenges. Their efforts include trail building and maintenance, habitat restoration, invasive species control, and naturalresource conservation.The Western Corps Teams provide college students and adults with an opportunity to gain real-world experience in the environmental field, while making a direct impact on the protection of national parks, forests, wildlife habitats, and public lands across the region.
