Update 6/5: Angell Hall front entrance is open towards the north end. Take a right after the lobby and the entrance to Tanner Library is on the right.
Angell Hall's front entrance is currently closed for renovations. The easiest way to enter is through the north side of building(where Angell ends and connects to Mason). You will see an doorway down a flight of stairs. Head into this door take a left through the doors. The hallway will take a quick right. Before the double doors Use the Elevator to get to the 1st floor. From there Tanner Library is on the other side of the lobby.
