Staff are invited to join the Office of Campus Sustainability for this virtual workshop reviewing sustainable best practices for workplace kitchenettes and breakrooms. We'll cover items such as sustainable coffee purchasing, dishware options, water usage, food waste reduction, and energy-saving with appliances. You'll also learn how you can apply for a staff sustainability mini grant to help you in your sustainable endeavors.
