Presented By: National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID)
Dear Colleagues: Anti-DEI policies and practices are detrimental to the future of our scientific community. Here’s what you can do to help.

Research shows that diverse teams foster more innovative solutions, and those from underrepresented groups often engage in interdisciplinary and applied work—crucial for tackling the complex problems facing society today.
Yet efforts to diversify and address historical biases in the scientific community have become a political target which can have critical consequences for innovative scientific research and its applications to protect the lives and future of our society.
Join our upcoming webinar to discuss strategies scientists can use to navigate this challenging political and academic climate. We will explore ways to continue dismantling barriers and increasing opportunities for all. Panelists will discuss how to effectively respond and move forward.
