About the Organization: Founded in 1921, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey builds, operates, and maintains many of the most important transportation and infrastructure assets in the country through air, land, rail, and sea.  About the Role:The Engineering & Architecture Associates Program is a two-year rotational program. During the first year, Associates rotate through different Engineering/Architecture disciplines and also Port Authority facilities.In the second year, Associates focus on the discipline they accepted an offer for. Examples of disciplines include: Design (Architecture, Civil/Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural/Geotechnical, and Traffic); Construction Management; Materials; Operations; Project Delivery; Quality Assurance; and Enterprise Asset Management.Employment Type: This is a full-time, permanent position which includes a yearly salary and benefits. After successful completion of the program, Associates remain permanent employees at Port Authority.
