We would like to welcome you to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America of UM Chapter (AFA-UM)!
Our mission is to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and support those impacted through advocacy, education, and service. Whether you’re passionate about healthcare, neuroscience, community service, or simply want to learn more about dementia and aging, there’s a place for you here.
Throughout the year, we’ll host volunteer opportunities, guest speaker panels, social events, and more—all designed to build knowledge and community. As this is our very first year on campus, your involvement will play a huge role in shaping the future of our chapter.
 First Mass Meeting 
Come meet the board, hear our plans for the semester, and learn how to get involved. Both sessions will be via Zoom. You only have to attend one of these sessions. Whichever one works best for you.
