We will be rotating breathing techniques weekly. The first 10 minutes or so will be about explaining the technique and talking about tips for it. Then, we will be performing the technique with periodic breaks to talk about any feelings or sensations experienced.
We recommend bringing blankets, yoga mats, or towels to lie on, as the techniques are most effective when done lying down. Sessions will run from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM!
