-Wear appropriate clothing so the vaccinations can be administered in your upper arm.
-Bring your insurance and/or prescription insurance cards to avoid paying out of pocket. U-M's International Student Health Insurance Plan and GradCare provide vaccine coverage.
-Submit a copy of your vaccination records ahead of time at Vax Viewer (https://vaxviewer.umich.edu). Translated records are helpful but not required. Please also bring a copy of your records with you to the clinic.
-Set up your patient portal (https://uhc.umich.edu/patient-portal) if you haven't already done so. If you can't do this in advance, UHC staff will help set it up after you arrive.
-If you are feeling ill, wait until you are feeling better to get vaccinated. We are unable to vaccinate anyone with a fever over 101.5° F. Please wear a mask if you are experiencing a rash or new cough.
