Thrift Store Fundraiser for Suicide Prevention!

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is hosting our first thrift store fundraiser on September 26 from 12–4 PM in the Michigan Crofoot Room (outside Panera in the Union). Come shop for fall closet finds and support suicide prevention. All proceeds go directly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide. AFSP funds scientific research, advocates for stronger mental health policies, and provides educational programs in schools and communities. The organization also offers support to survivors of suicide loss and organizes events like the Out of the Darkness Walks, which bring people together to raise awareness and fight stigma. By stopping by our fundraiser, you are directly contributing to these efforts and helping create a culture that is smarter about mental health.
