Learn to Practice Self-Compassion: 8-Week Group Therapy

Are you often your own harshest critic? Do you struggle with self-criticism, anxiety, or depression? If so, self-compassion can be a transformative skill for your well-being. The Mary A. Rackham Institute (MARI)’s Psychological Clinic is offering an 8-week, in-person Self-Compassion Group this fall, designed to help adults enhance emotional health by learning to treat themselves with kindness.
