Meet the Panelists
Rose Glenn brings four decades of healthcare experience, including nearly 30 years in the C-suite counseling and coaching senior executives. She has led transformational change across strategy, structure and culture with deep expertise in brand strategy, executive and internal communications, media relations, issues management and digital engagement. Today, Glenn is president of Rose Glenn & Associates, a strategic communications, branding and coaching firm. She is certified as an executive coach through the University of Michigan.
Glenn most recently served as chief communications and marketing officer for Michigan Medicine. Previously, she spent 18 years at Henry Ford Health as senior vice president of marketing and chief experience and communications officer. Glenn is also an instructor in the Department of Communication & Media at the University of Michigan, where she was a 2021 finalist for the Golden Apple Award recognizing exceptional faculty. Her contributions to the field have been recognized nationally: she is a past president to the board of the American Hospital Association's Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), recipient of its 2022 Leadership Excellence Award, the 2023 John A. Eudes Vision & Excellence Award from Greystone.net and the 2018 Distinguished Alumni Award from her undergraduate alma mater, Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She received her master's degree from George Washington University, graduating as valedictorian, and is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America.
Justin Pollack moved to Los Angeles after graduation. He spent over three years at the talent management company, 3 Arts Entertainment, assisting two managers at once, and eventually landed a job as a showrunners' assistant for Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, the team behind GHOSTS on CBS.
Kaitlin Urka is a live event producer for ESPN. During her career, she has helped broadcast some of the world's biggest sporting events, including Olympic games, Super Bowls, Stanley Cup Finals, Tours de France, the Kentucky Derby, and numerous NCAA Championship events. She has also been a part of several history-making television moments, among them being the first woman to produce a gold medal Olympic hockey game. Kaitlin is a proud Michigan alumna, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies in 2009. While at Michigan, she served as the general manager of WOLV-TV and spent much of her time on the sidelines covering Michigan sports.
