Dan's dad, Ernie Grunfeld, is the only player in NBA history -- and the only professional athlete in any major American sport -- whose parents survived the Holocaust. Grunfeld's story is captured in Dan's book, By the Grace of the Game, and Dan's speaking tells his family's incredible story and highlights the lessons of survival, perseverance, and hope that are featured prominently in his book.
