This event will raise awareness about wrongful conviction and educate community members about inequalities in the criminal legal system. Guest speakers will include exonerees, parents of wrongfully convicted individuals, and community activists. The summit will also feature opportunities for community-building and informal conversations among attendees and from and local organizations involved in wrongful conviction advocacy and education in Southeast Michigan.

This event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:30pm, and refreshments will be provided while supplies last.
