Sacramento State's Center for California Studies and the Asian Pacific Islander Capitol Association (APICA) invite you to join a conversation with Capital Fellows alumni to learn about the Capital Fellows programs and APICA. The Capital Fellows Programs offer a paid, full-time fellowship (10–11 months) in California’s Legislative, Executive, or Judicial Branch. Fellows gain:
