Sacramento State's Center for California Studies and the California Latino Capitol Association Foundation (CLCAF) invite you to join a conversation with Capital Fellows alumni to learn about the Capital Fellows programs and APICA. The Capital Fellows Programs offer a paid ($4888 per month), full-time fellowship (10–11 months) in California’s Legislative, Executive, orJudicial Branch. Fellows gain:
