She’s worked in both large biopharma and start-up companies, across roles in program management, development, operations, quality, and regulatory compliance, and she is coming to campus for this chill and casual mentoring evening with you!
In her work to bring therapies to patients, Caroline has navigated complex manufacturing challenges, FDA audits, and company layoffs—gaining practical insights into problem-solving, technical leadership, and adaptability. She enjoys mentoring and sharing lessons learned from her career journey.
Alongside work, she cheers on her 13-year-old daughter, leads a Girl Scout troop, explores new places with her family, and recently completed her first 5K road race. As a proud WISE alum, she’s excited to be back on campus and connect with the next generation of STEM leaders.
