Extremal F-Pure Thresholds in Regular Local Rings

Let (R, m) be an F-finite regular local ring of characteristic p > 0. Let I be a proper ideal of R, and let d denote the order of vanishing of I at the maximal ideal. Takagi and Watanabe showed that the F-pure threshold fpt(I) is bounded below by 1/d; we classify pairs (R, I) for which this bound is sharp.
