"A Breath of Fresh Air" Guided Nature Experience--December
Connect with Nature to Support Your Mental Well-being on December 3
Join fellow staff, students, and faculty for an energizing break which will introduce the positive effects of being in nature on our social and emotional well-being. With facilitator guidance, participants will:
-Practice mindful attention and appreciation for the natural environment.
-Learn how to refresh your energy and reduce stress by being outside.
-Cultivate a sense of awe, curiosity, connection, and wonder.
-Learn how to use the Nature Rx resources in the Michigan App.

12-12:45 p.m.
Meeting location: Ann and Robert H. Lurie Carillon on North Campus, 1230 Murfin Avenue, Ann Arbor, 48109. This session will take place outdoors in the natural spaces near the carillon.
Additional sessions will be held February 10, April 15, and June 3--sign up for more information.
We will learn how to appreciate nature in all its forms, and this session will be held rain, snow, or shine. Please note that this session requires moving or walking outdoors over a distance of approximately a quarter-mile. Options will be provided for those who wish to sit or explore at their own pace and ability. Please wear comfortable attire and dress for the weather. This event may be cancelled in the case of hazardous weather conditions--we will contact you if this is the case.
