Participants are invited to transform their course experiences into valuable insights for the future.

This engaging, come-and-go session will guide attendees through dynamic, hands-on activities designed to help them reflect on their time in SI 500 (or other courses) and make meaningful connections to future classes and career paths.

The session will introduce a variety of practical methods for making sense of learning. Participants will have opportunities to practice:

Individual sense-making: Unpacking personal “aha” moments and challenges.
Group discussion: Exchanging perspectives and collaboratively building understanding.
Creative expression: Using inventive approaches to visualize and process their academic journey.

This session will help participants contemplate the skills they have mastered and identify new skills they have gained along the way. Attendees will leave with a clearer vision of how their coursework fits into the broader context of their goals at UMSI and beyond.
