RhythM Tap Ensemble was founded at the University of Michigan in the Fall of 2000 with the purpose of promoting tap dance on campus. We are a student-run performance group of passionate, dedicated, and advanced tap dancers. We choreograph our own routines that you can see us perform in various shows and events across campus! This year’s annual “It’s TAPpening!” show includes our own performances, a collaboration with Blue Bop Jazz Orchestra, and guest performances from Impact, Michigan Competitive Dance, Michigan Jump Rope, and VYRL.
